Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I go to the dentist?

The key to good dental health is prevention. How often you visit depends on your oral hygiene and oral disease risk. For patients with good oral hygiene and oral health, we recommended a visit every six months to ensure your health is maintained.

For patients with a high risk of oral disease or active oral disease, we will recommend visits that are more frequent.

Can I claim dental treatment back from private health insurance?

Patients who have extras or dental cover with private health insurance can claim on dental treatment. However, the rebate is dependent on the patient’s cover.

What will my first appointment be like?

When you walk in, you will be greeted by our friendly team where you will be asked to fill out a short Medical history questionnaire.

You will then meet with our experienced dentists and discuss your medical health, dental needs and your expectations, they will then tailor an individual care plan for you.

    Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes. We have disabled parking and wide-frame doors that easily accommodate wheelchairs.

    Can we easily find parking?
